VVOB has facilitated the enrolment for a certificate course in distance education for a number of tutors in satellite colleges. This certificate course will help these colleges manage their distance education programmes better.

NISTCOL is currently consulting various stakeholders in the Ministry of Education to try and take the training of head teachers to scale. The process of consultation is still going on. It is envisaged that this training will be linked to the current Diploma in Education Management (DEM) course being run by NISTCOL.
